Cancellation and Refund Policies

At Faccia, we try our best to be as accommodating as possible. In order to best serve our clientele, we must have certain policies in place in order to respect the time of our clients and providers. We hope that you can understand and respect the following:

Waitlist

While we are working very hard behind the scenes to be able to accomodate more clients in the future, we recognize Faccia’s schedule is often full. We could not be more appreciative in everyone’s support to help us grow! It will help us be able to accomodate more people sooner. Until then, an automated waitlist has been employed to help everyone get in efficiently and as quickly as possible. Faccia’s online booking system allows booking up to 60 days out. Each day another day opens. Sometimes they fill up quickly, sometimes availability can linger for a few days. So we suggest checking back ever so often. In the case that a desirable appointment is unavailable, please feel free to utilize Faccia’s automated waitlist. You must have a MINDBODY profile and be logged in. When you go to search for an appointment within your desired range, and no appointments show up, it will give you an option to add yourself to the automated waitlist. As mentioned, this waitlist is automated. So please only waitlist yourself for days and timeframes you feel you are willing to commit to. As, if and when a spot becomes available for you, the system will automatically book you for it. Having notification preferences all turned on is suggested, as once you are booked for an appointment you will be held to Faccia’s cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy

The rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done a minimum of 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment. This allows Faccia some time to refill the availability for clients hoping to come in and to keep the providers schedule full. Failure to do so will result in a ‘late cancel’ fee of $100 for the first time. Each time thereafter will be full price of service.

Three reschedules of an appointment is also considered a ‘late cancel/ cancellation’ with a fee of $100. A habit of routinely rescheduling the same appointment restricts the availability of clients hoping to book, whom are willing to commit to the available time. Appointments are agreements and not just placeholders.

Being 15+ minutes late, late cancelling, or no showing 3+ times can result in the inability to book in the future. Memberships and/ or future appointments will be canceled. This is an automatic function of our operating system and does not always send notifications when doing so. Signing into your mindbody account will reflect upcoming appointments and membership status. Updates can take 24-48 hours.

If a client does not have a card on file or a way of paying aforementioned fees, future services cannot be scheduled or rendered until the balance is rectified. Therefore, any future appointments may be canceled.

In order to get back on the schedule, you may do so by first settling any dues owed, and then utilizing the online booking system and/ or the waitlist.

Text and e-mail reminders are a professional courtesy from our third party booking system (MINDBODY). Please do not rely on them and plan accordingly.

Our cancellation fees are not a “penalty”. This is a simple business agreement with our clients to respect each other’s schedules. These fees help to offset the loss of income in which the business and provider had projected and accommodated for. While we always assume positive intent (that no one is intentionally breaking policies) and are very understanding in how life can unexpectedly unfold sometimes, these policies help to keep the business running and providers fairly compensated for their time, so that we can continue to best serve the community. It is also out of all fairness for those on the waitlist, who have been trying to schedule, to allow them a greater chance at doing so.

Lateness Policy

15 minutes late is considered a late cancel and will result in a late cancellation fee ($100). The appointment will then need to be rescheduled for another time. Faccia’s schedule is set up to accommodate all of its scheduled clients. We cannot push back other client appointments in order to accommodate lateness. 15 minutes puts the provider in the position of not being able to provide a full treatment and/ or work in the peaceful state of mind that both the provider and client deserve.

If services are still provided, at the discretion of the provider and their permitting schedule, the treatment must still end on time with the full price of service charged.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds or exchanges on any product that has left Faccia’s facilities cannot be honored.

There are no refunds on treatments or memberships.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged for cash value. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Memberships

Memberships are a month-to-month commitment. You may cancel this commitment at any time with a 30 day notice prior to the next payment cycle. It is the responsibility of the membership-holder to schedule and keep track of appointments. Online scheduling is available and allows anyone to book at their own convenience. As a courtesy, Faccia allows one (1) month “roll-over”. In that, if one (1) month is missed, the value of the membership may be used towards upgrading the next treatment or for product purchases in the following month. If one month’s membership value is being redeemed for products, it must be used all at once. A “bank” is not kept. Most membership and subscription businesses do not allow any rollover. Gyms or Netflix do not care if you use their services or not. However, at Faccia, we figured allowing one is more than fair -and often times - a nice little treat.

BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AND/ OR PURCHASING PRODUCTS YOU AGREE TO ALL PUBLICLY STATED POLICIES.

As a privately owned business, Faccia reserves the right to refuse business at any moment for any reason. Being rude and unkind to staff in person or virtually can result in the refusal of business and banning from being a future customer. Compromising safety of any staff can result in refusal of business and banning from being a future customer.
